Wave Energy Development Rising
In the race to find alternative energy sources, the ocean has become an attractive playing field. Portugal and Scotland have already begun to commercialize wave power and other countries (U.S. included) are catching up.
One American company throwing their hat into the ring is SRI International, which is credited with inventing the computer mouse and has just launched its newest wave energy project off California’s Central Coast.
